Refunds and Cancellations

As a general rule, all sales made online through https://www.viseacademy.com or any of its subdomains are final. Once confirmation is sent from our side, no cancellations are allowed therein. As a standard practice, there is no refund policy for Online courses sold online at https://www.viseacademy.com/ or any of its sub-domains. A refund may be considered in the following circumstances Duplicate Purchase: If an individual purchases a course twice by mistake, intimation regarding the same may be provided within 48 hours of purchase. After satisfying the claim the refund process may be initiated. Wrong course Purchase: A student may claim a refund in case of wrong selection of course while making the payment. In such cases, the information regarding the same is to be provided within 24 hours of purchase. In such types of cases the course fee will be adjusted against another course(s) opted and no refund entertained. In exceptional cases or unforeseen circumstances, the buyer may write to visemedacademy@gmail.com explaining the reasons for claiming the refund. However, the admission or rejection of the claim is at the sole discretion of the VISE academy.
